Hinterlander is not fenced in and borders +12,000 of acres of wilderness & forest -- dogs that are a risk of running after or away from something, should always be leashed when outside. Better safe than sorry. Chaining or tying dogs up on the property is not permitted. Guests must pick up after their dogs. Quiet time is 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. but you must control pets 24/7 per Linville Mountain Acres HOA rules.
